The fields below can be filled in, but this form does not send or save any information yet. Please send requests and files by email in the meantime.
For translation and localisation enquiries
Send the complete document set where possible and identify which files require translation. A brochure supplied as background is different from a brochure included in the order. For website or software work, describe the content and intended market; file preparation and delivery requirements belong in the scope.
If a source is still being edited, state that clearly. A requested deadline, an internal review date and a final publication date may represent different milestones. The translation quote guide explains the information that helps define a quotation, while the order process describes translation, revision and delivery.
For interpreting and post-editing enquiries
For interpreting, include the event date, location, languages, subject and format. For machine-translation post-editing, identify the source text and the existing machine output, together with the intended use of the finished material. Each request needs a service specification appropriate to the work.
Before sending sensitive documents, state any handling requirements that need to be agreed. The buyer FAQ covers common questions about files, confidentiality and service selection. Legal identity and VAT details for supplier records appear on the company details page.
